A Trip Down Memory Lane

The 2023 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage Limited is a vehicle that perfectly captures the essence of nostalgia. While its main appeal lies in its striking appearance and homage to the past, it’s important to note that the foundation on which it’s built is equally impressive.

Engaging On-Road Performance

One of the standout features of the Bronco Sport Heritage Limited is its engaging on-road performance. Built on the Escape platform, this vehicle offers a thrilling driving experience. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to test its off-road capabilities, I can confidently assume that it performs well in that aspect too, given its Badlands trim heritage.

Powerful Engine Options

The plain Heritage trim is equipped with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine, while the Heritage Limited boasts a more powerful 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Opting for the Heritage Limited is highly recommended, as it provides a more exhilarating driving experience.

Stylish Design and Features

Both Heritage trims feature Oxford White accents, including a painted roof and grille, red Bronco lettering for the grille, bodystripes, and 17-inch Oxford White aluminum wheels. Additionally, they come with plaid seats and interior accents that match the available exterior colors.

The Heritage Limited takes it a step further with metal front fender badging, 29-inch all-terrain tires, Oxford White door inserts, center-console badging, and leather-trimmed seats.

A Pleasant and Capable Ride

Aside from its stunning looks, the Bronco Sport Heritage Limited offers a pleasant driving experience. While it may not be as refined as some of its competitors, it compensates with its engaging performance and impressive off-road capabilities. The interior materials are of high quality in most areas, enhancing the overall feel and appearance of the vehicle.

Impressive Features

The Bronco Sport Heritage Limited comes equipped with a range of standard and available features, including LED headlamps and fog lamps, LED taillamps, roof rack, underseat storage, Ford Co-Pilot 360, an off-road suspension, Sync infotainment, front camera, terrain management, trail control, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a twin-clutch rear-drive unit. The Journey Package, which includes B&O audio, dual-zone climate control, power moonroof, wireless cell-phone charging, and a heated steering wheel, is also included.

Pricing and Availability

The base price of the Bronco Sport Heritage Limited is $44,655. With the addition of the cargo management system option and destination fees, the total price comes to $46,400. While this may seem steep, it’s worth noting that only 1,966 units will be produced in honor of the Bronco’s birth year. These limited numbers may contribute to their potential value in the future.

Even without a specific attachment to the Bronco heritage, the stylish design alone is enough reason to consider the Heritage Limited trim. While it may come at a higher cost, it offers a unique and visually appealing Sport experience without compromising on performance.
