2024 Infiniti QX80: Starting Price Increased to $76,045 (+$1,650 from 2023)

2024 Infiniti QX80 Gets a Price Increase for the New Model Year

It seems like the price of everything is going up and, unfortunately, the Infiniti QX80 is no exception. For the 2024 model year, the luxurious SUV will come with a starting price of $76,150 (all prices include $1,895 destination charge), up $1,650 from a year earlier.

Price Hike Explained

The price hike comes down to both an increase of the base MSRP and the destination charge. Whereas the former is up by $1,450, the latter has increased by $200 over the 2023 QX80’s prices.

Trim Levels and Features

For that price, Infiniti offers buyers the QX80 Luxe trim, which gets rear-wheel-drive (the AWD model starts at $79,195), leather seating, Charcoal Burl trim, 20-inch wheels, a Bose 13-speaker audio system, a wireless charging pad, a Smart Rear View Mirror, and a power tailgate.

The Premium Select trim starts at $80,680 (an increase of $1,685 over the 2023 model year), while the AWD model starts at $83,780. It gets 22-inch dark chrome wheels, black mirror caps, dark chrome exterior trim, Matte Mocha Burl interior trim, and illuminated kick plates.

Finally, the QX80 Sensory tops out the lineup with a starting price of $87,730, which amounts to another increase of $1,685 over the same model for 2023. Buyers who want AWD drive will have to pay $90,830, which will also get them a Black Tricot headliner, semi-aniline quilted leather seats, a 17-speaker Bose sound system, chrome exterior mirror caps, hydraulic suspension system, climate-controlled front seats, and more.

Powerful Performance

All models are powered by the same 5.6-liter V8 engine, which makes 400 hp (298 kW/505 PS), and power is funneled to the wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. Thanks to that power, the QX80 is rated to tow up to 8,500 lbs (3,855 kg).

Advanced Technology

The QX80 also comes with a high-definition 12.3-inch infotainment screen that is compatible with Apple CarPlay and USB-based Android Auto. In addition, it features Amazon’s Alexa, which can play music, place calls, and works with the tech company’s home products.

Conclusion

The 2024 Infiniti QX80 may come with a higher price tag, but it also offers luxurious features, powerful performance, and advanced technology. With its range of trim levels and options, buyers can choose the model that suits their preferences and budget. Despite the price increase, the QX80 remains a competitive option in the luxury SUV segment.
