Miles Hudson Faces Consequences for Reckless Driving

Miles Hudson, the infamous Belltown Hellcat driver, has found himself back in jail following a recent court hearing. The judge reprimanded Hudson for failing to comply with court-ordered instructions, leading to his bond being set at $15,000. This comes after he failed to appear for a separate incident.

Reckless Actions Catch Up with Hudson

Miles Hudson has gained notoriety for his reckless driving antics, often captured and shared online. However, his actions have finally caught up with him as he faces legal consequences. This is his second time being arrested, and the city has fined him a staggering $83,619. Hudson’s behavior was called into question during his recent court hearing, where the judge expressed concerns about his conduct.

Violation of Court Orders

During the hearing, prosecutors presented evidence suggesting that Hudson had been attempting to circumvent the court’s orders by posting on his Instagram and Twitch accounts. The court explicitly prohibited him from posting on any platform or speaking to the press. Hudson’s failure to comply with these orders, along with his absence from a court date related to a domestic violence case, resulted in a $25,000 warrant for his arrest.

Back in Custody

As a consequence of his failure to appear in court, Hudson was ordered back into custody. His bail has now been set at $15,000. If he manages to make bail, he must refrain from finding loopholes in the terms of his release. Judge Niesen warned him that he will be held responsible if anyone drives his Dodge Charger, which he co-owns with his mother, or if any activity occurs on the accounts in question.

Upcoming Hearings and Trial

Hudson’s next court hearing is scheduled for September, and he will face a trial for traffic infractions in October. This serves as a clear lesson that engaging in reckless and dangerous driving without expecting legal consequences is a misguided decision. Those who seek notoriety through such actions often find themselves in serious legal trouble.
