Cadillac Optiq Interior: DNA Shared with Lyriq | Giga Gears

Introducing the New Cadillac Optiq: A Closer Look at the Interior

The Cadillac Optiq is set to make its debut as the brand’s latest entry-level electric SUV, positioned just below the Lyriq. With the recent release of new images from China, we get a sneak peek at the Optiq’s interior ahead of its official unveiling at the Beijing Auto Show.

### A Futuristic Interior Design
The interior of the Optiq showcases a sleek and modern design, featuring a large curved display that houses both the infotainment system and digital gauge cluster. The layout is reminiscent of the Lyriq, with a slim air vent positioned between the screen and a row of physical buttons for climate control settings. The steering wheel and stalks mirror those found in the Lyriq, adding to the cohesive design language of Cadillac’s electric lineup.

### Underpinnings and Dimensions
Built on the same platform as the Chevrolet Equinox EV, the Optiq boasts a length of 189.8 inches and a wheelbase of 116.3 inches, making it comparable in size to the XT5 but with additional length between the axles. Cadillac will offer the Optiq in both single- and dual-motor configurations, with power outputs ranging from 201 hp to 283 hp for the all-wheel drive version.

### Coming Soon to the US
While the Optiq is making its debut in China, it will soon be available in the United States later this year. Pricing details have yet to be announced, but it is expected to fall between the starting price of the Equinox EV and the larger Lyriq. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new addition to Cadillac’s electric vehicle lineup.
