Dodge Charger Driver Hilariously Asks Cops Why He’d Run Away In A V6 After Hitting 130 MPH
Introduction
The driver of a Dodge Charger in Arkansas had a comical exchange with police officers after being hit with a PIT maneuver on a highway. The entire incident was captured on the police cruiser’s dashcam.
The High-Speed Chase
The incident took place on October 14 at around 9 p.m. Officer Billy Martin was chasing the driver of the dark silver Charger, reaching speeds of over 130 mph and maneuvering through traffic. Despite the flashing lights of the police car, the driver claimed to be unaware of the chase.
The PIT Maneuver
About 90 seconds into the video, the driver of the Dodge Charger slows down, seemingly indicating that he will pull over. However, Officer Martin swiftly executes a perfect PIT maneuver, spinning the Charger around.
The Exchange
The driver becomes furious and starts yelling at the officer, questioning why his car was hit. He sarcastically asks, “Why the f*ck would I run in a V6? Who the f*ck would run in a V6?” The officer insists that he keeps his hands up, but two more officers approach with their guns drawn, demanding that the driver exits the vehicle.
