“Ferrari 812 Successor Spotted Before Possible Miami GP Debut | Giga Gears”

The Upcoming Successor to the Ferrari 812 Superfast

The highly anticipated successor to the Ferrari 812 Superfast has been spotted testing once again. According to recent reports, it is rumored to make its debut during the weekend of May’s Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.

A Sneak Peek at Ferrari’s New Flagship Grand Tourer

YouTuber and car spotter Varryx recently had the opportunity to visit Ferrari’s headquarters in Maranello. During his visit, he came across a heavily-disguised prototype of Ferrari’s new flagship Grand Tourer. Despite the black body cladding, the car’s true identity was unmistakable. Varryx also spotted an older prototype wearing the body of the smaller Roma.

Powerful Performance with a Naturally-Aspirated V12 Engine

Similar to its predecessors, including the 812 Superfast, F12, and 599, the upcoming replacement will be equipped with a naturally-aspirated V12 engine. Reports suggest that this engine will be based on Ferrari’s current 6.5-liter mill but will be upgraded to produce more power than the 819 hp of the 812 Competizione and the 829 hp of the Daytona SP3. It is expected to deliver around 850 PS or 838 hp, an impressive figure considering it needs to meet emissions requirements without hybridization.

Exciting Debut at the Miami Grand Prix

Last November, renowned Ferrari historian and restorer Marcel Massini hinted that the new model, codenamed the F167, would make its premiere on May 2 in Miami. This timing coincides with the Miami Grand Prix and the conclusion of the Ferrari Cavalcade International event in Miami. It is an ideal opportunity to unveil the new model in front of hundreds of Ferrari owners and enthusiasts.

Design Inspiration from the Purosangue

While details about the successor to the 812 Superfast remain undisclosed, it is reasonable to expect that it will share some design elements with Ferrari’s Purosangue SUV.
