Recently, a 22-year-old man named Tayvion L. Robinson was arrested in Tampa, Florida, following a high-speed chase in a black Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. The incident involved reckless driving and attempts to evade law enforcement.

Incident Details

On April 30, at around 11:20 a.m., an officer from the Florida Highway Patrol observed Robinson driving at speeds exceeding 130 mph in a 60 mph zone. Despite attempts to stop him, Robinson refused to pull over and engaged in dangerous maneuvers on the road.

Chase and Arrest

Robinson was seen reaching speeds of over 147 mph on I-275 before crashing into other vehicles while trying to escape. Law enforcement eventually used a PIT maneuver to stop the Dodge Charger. Robinson and a passenger attempted to flee on foot but were apprehended shortly after. Robinson was found hiding in a garbage can on Henderson Blvd.

Charges and Consequences

Following his arrest, Robinson faces charges of reckless driving, fleeing to elude high speed, and driving without a valid license. Additionally, he is believed to have violated his probation terms.
