Chevrolet has implemented measures to prevent buyers from flipping their Corvette Stingray and Z06 models, which have been a major success for the company. One of these measures is a rewards program that offers $5,000 worth of Chevrolet Rewards points to customers who buy or lease a Z06 and keep it for at least six months without selling it. The program was initially only available to those who registered within 30 days of purchase, but after YouTuber Austin Everett pointed out that not all Z06 owners were aware of this requirement, Chevrolet extended the registration deadline to December 1st.

The rewards points can be used for genuine parts or accessories, maintenance, or even to pay down a loan through GM Financial. Everett, who frequently takes his Z06 to the track, plans to use the points for brakes. Overall, it’s a good deal for simply keeping an epic sports car.
