Homewood-Flossmoor High School Auto Club’s Racing Dreams Put on Hold
A group of talented students from Homewood-Flossmoor High School, known as the H-F Auto Club, have been passionately working on a 1997 Ford Mustang drag racing car for several years. Their hard work paid off when the car made its highly anticipated post-COVID racing debut during the 2022 season at the renowned Byron Dragway.
Unfortunately, the club’s dreams of further racing success have been abruptly halted. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the H-F Auto Club has been forced to shelve their efforts for the time being.
