Mazda recently introduced the all-new EZ-6 electric sedan at Auto China, featuring two powertrain options for the Chinese market. The pure electric version boasts 255 hp, while the plug-in hybrid offers 215 hp.
Impressive Range and Performance
Both versions of the Mazda EZ-6 offer impressive ranges, with the electric variant estimated to reach 373 miles (CLTC) and the plug-in hybrid exceeding 621 miles. The electric model has a top speed of 106 mph, powered by a lithium iron phosphate battery.
Electric and Hybrid Variants
The fully electric variant of the EZ-6 features a 255 hp motor, while the hybrid version combines a 1.5-liter engine producing 94 hp with a 215 hp electric motor. Both variants offer a top speed of 106 mph and extended ranges for a seamless driving experience.
Launch and Features
The Mazda EZ-6 is set to launch in China later this year, equipped with LED lighting units, zero-gravity seats, a 14.6-inch infotainment system, a 64-color ambient lighting system, a 14-speaker Sony audio system, and a panoramic glass roof for a luxurious driving experience.
