Mini JCW E Electric Hot Hatch to Debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Mini is set to showcase the electric future of its John Cooper Works program at the upcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed with the introduction of the new Mini Cooper JCW E. The hot hatch, featuring an advanced electric powertrain, will make its debut with a camouflaged version running up Goodwood’s famous hillclimb.

More powerful than the Mini Cooper SE, the JCW E is expected to offer similar performance to its petrol counterpart. Mini product line boss Stefan Floeck has confirmed that the JCW E will remain front-wheel-drive with a single motor, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the “go-kart feeling” that defines the brand.

While technical details are still under wraps, the JCW E is anticipated to deliver a thrilling driving experience with a focus on handling and dynamics. The hot hatch will be officially unveiled this autumn, promising an exciting addition to Mini’s electric lineup.

Stay tuned for more updates on the Mini Cooper JCW E as it prepares to make its mark in the world of electric hot hatches.
