Boeing Starliner Mission Extended: Astronauts Stranded on International Space Station

Despite encountering issues with the spacecraft, the Boeing Starliner remains docked to the International Space Station on its first crewed mission. Originally planned for a 10-day duration, the mission has now exceeded 26 days, causing astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams to be stranded in space without a set return date.

Technical Difficulties Delay Return

The NASA flight test faced unexpected challenges, leading to the extended stay of the astronauts on the ISS. The Boeing Starliner’s ability to remain connected to the station despite the flaws has been praised by NASA officials.
