Introduction

Automobili Pininfarina has recently unveiled its first coachbuilt car, the Battista Targamerica. This one-off supercar, built for a US client, features a roofless design and utilizes the same 1876bhp quad-motor powertrain as the existing Battista coupe.

Classic ‘Targa’ Silhouette

The Battista Targamerica showcases a classic ‘Targa’ silhouette, with a roll-up fabric panel that can be used in emergencies. The design was inspired by the one-off Ferrari Testarossa Spider, created for former Fiat chairman Gianni Agnelli.

Unique Interior Features

The interior of the Targamerica is upholstered with tan leather and includes bespoke headrests. It also features a cigar humidor located between the seats. Additionally, the supercar includes several personalized ‘Easter eggs’ that are specific to the client.

Customization Options

Automobili Pininfarina CEO Paolo Dellachà stated that the company is open to creating unique and advanced designs for their clients. Each Battista is considered bespoke, allowing for customization options that cater to individual preferences.

Performance

Based on the £1.92 million Battista, the Targamerica boasts impressive performance capabilities. It can accelerate from 0-62mph in just 1.86 seconds, reach 0-124mph in 4.49 seconds, and achieve a top speed of 222mph.

Continued Innovation

The Battista Targamerica follows the success of last year’s B95, another one-off electric hypercar based on the Battista model. Automobili Pininfarina continues to push the boundaries of automotive design and performance with their unique creations.
