Rivian Offers Trade-In Incentive for R1T and R1S Models

Rivian is celebrating Earth Day by introducing a trade-in incentive for the R1T and R1S models. Eligible shoppers can receive a discount of up to $5,000 through the Electric Upgrade Offer.

Eligible Vehicles

To qualify for the discount, buyers must trade in specific vehicles, including the Toyota Tacoma, Ford F-150, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Audi Q5, and BMW X3. These discounts are only available to select Toyota, Jeep, Ford, BMW, and Audi owners.

Discount Details

In the U.S., the R1T Standard and Standard+ Pack come with a $3,000 discount, while in Canada, it is CA$4,500. The R1T Large Pack offers a $4,000 discount in the U.S. and CA$6,000 in Canada. The R1T Max Pack provides the full $5,000 / CA$7,500 discount. The R1S Large Pack is eligible for a $1,000 / CA$1,500 discount.

How to Avail the Discount

Shoppers interested in the discount must purchase their new vehicle through the Rivian website and provide a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. The delivery of the new vehicle must be between April 22, 2024, and June 30, 2024. Additionally, buyers will receive one year of complimentary charging through the Rivian Adventure Network.
