Squeeze Benz: Teen Influencer Arrested for ATM and Luxury Handbag Thefts

Introduction

Antonio Ginestri, also known as Squeeze Benz on YouTube, has been arrested once again. This time, he is facing charges related to multiple ATM and luxury handbag thefts. Police have identified a stolen BMW X7 that they claim Ginestri drove during some of the heists.

The Taunting of Police

Squeeze Benz gained notoriety by taunting police in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for several months. In May, authorities from the NYPD and New Jersey Public Safety Commission alleged that Ginestri, a 19-year-old influencer, was the person behind Squeeze Benz. Now, he has been arrested for unrelated crimes involving approximately $38,000 worth of designer handbags and ATM thefts.

Previous Arrest and Decreased Activity

Ginestri’s previous arrest was covered extensively, and since then, his posts and videos on his associated accounts have significantly decreased.

The Latest Arrest

Evidently, this new arrest is related to crimes that occurred before Ginestri’s previous arrest as Squeeze Benz. According to NJ.com, Ginestri was arrested on May 16, five days before authorities connected him to the Squeeze Benz accounts. In the affidavit for the May 16 arrest, police claim that he stole designer handbags worth $38,950 while driving a stolen BMW X7. They also suspect Ginestri’s involvement in robberies on January 25 and 26, as well as thefts of ATM machines on February 6 and 9. A 16-year-old co-conspirator was also arrested.

Charges and Consequences

Ginestri is now facing adult charges, including employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, theft by unlawful taking, and conspiracy. Bail has been revoked as an option, and a new court date has yet to be set. If Ginestri is indeed Squeeze Benz, it is unlikely that he will be posting any more videos to his personal account in the near future.
