Visual Enhancements

The Subaru Forester STI Sport Edition in Australia closely resembles the JDM-spec STI Sport trim. It features an 18-inch Dark Grey alloy wheels, blacked-out accents on the grille, mirror caps, side and rear garnish, skid plates, and roof rails. The only difference is the absence of the STI emblem on the front grille.

Inside, the Subaru Forester STI Sport Edition boasts a combination of Black and Bordeaux trim with Nappa leather upholstery and red stitching. It also includes an 8-inch infotainment system, heated front seats, a sunroof, an eight-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and a comprehensive list of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

Pricing and Availability

Subaru Australia has announced that the Subaru Forester STI Sport Edition will have a strictly limited production run and is expected to become a collector’s item. The driveaway price for the Subaru Forester STI Sport AWD is AU$ 53,812 (US$ 36,243), which is AU$ 1,567 (US$ 1,055) more expensive than the 2.5i-S trim it is based on. The Subaru Forester STI Sport Edition will be available at Australian dealerships in the coming weeks.

As for the next-generation Forester, it is already on sale in North America, but it won’t be available in Australia until 2025.
