Tesla Sues EV Charger Adapter Manufacturer EVject for False Advertising and Trademark Dilution
Tesla, the renowned electric automaker, has recently filed a lawsuit in federal court against EVject, a startup EV charger adapter manufacturer. The lawsuit alleges false advertising, trademark dilution, and unlawful trade practices. Tesla claims that the adapter manufactured by EVject poses a significant safety risk to users.
The Safety Concerns
Tesla argues that EVject’s adapter, which is advertised as “working seamlessly” with DC chargers, fails to meet the necessary safety standards. Trademark Dilution and False Advertising
